I tend to look for art any where. Nothing is off limits. Anything that might hold a personal memory is worth snagging. Especially if it’s frameable! Add that puppy to the gallery wall and instigate some conversation!

One of my fave frameable objects is the menu. I mean… most of us have a weekly go-to, a daily coffee fix, a wedding, a paris cafe, a first date… that revolves around a restaurant and the food we ate.

Some of the most memorable moments in our lives come from memorable meals, no?

So grab that special menu and take it home (ask the owner first ;))… and cherish it for the rest of your days. The moment might not last forever… but the story behind it will!

How adorbs is the menu printed on this baguette bag? If this meant something to me, I’d frame the bag… but with my own drawing of the baguette peeking out! Source: NextDayFlyers Blog

This is definitely reminiscent of a memorable vacay. Paris, Montreal, even LA? Source: Pinterest

Not necessarily an exciting or even artsy menu… but if it holds meaning (like you’ve ordered the Stella Burger every Friday for the past 10 years), then it’s all you need. Source: CafeStella.com

Sitting on my desk, the Parker Palm Springs room service menu makes me smile everyday. If you know my son’s name… that’s all I have to say ;).
