The final installment of my Pearl Street Project brings us to the bedroom and patio!

My client wanted a serene space with punches of color and a cozy spot to read her books.

I love that she asked for pink walls (we went with the softest, palest of pinks from Farrow & Ball).

Pink (whether it’s “millennial” pink, or Benjamin Moore’s 2020 color of the year, First Light), is here to stay, and for good reason! It’s warm, serene, and inviting.

Working with such a neutral wall color also allows for fun with the accessories. Purples, yellows, and oranges (really any color)… pairs beautifully with pink!

This nook remained a bit more neutral, and we added custom drapes to frame out the client’s lovely window which showcases her lush backyard…

… which takes us to the patio!

The client had built in bench seats made, and I custom made the seats and back cushions with outdoor fabric from Serena & Lily!

The outdoor chairs and table are also from Serena & Lily.

Finally, a somewhat nondescript garage door was given some extra swagger with a colorful ceramic and brightly colored doormat!

Thank you for checking out this full home tour. If you happened to miss any of the spaces… here they are: Dining Room & Entry, Living Room, Family & Powder Room, and Kitchen.

Above is a thumbnail collage of all of the spaces… and it really does a fantastic job of showing how colorful, yet cohesive the project turned out to be!
