The personal residence of designer Dee Murphy of Murphy Deesign, this home is a historically designated property by the city of Los Angeles in West Adams. Built in 1920 by architect Edward Butler Rust in a French Revival style, Dee has designed the interior to reflect her love of color, pattern, history and travels.
Dee designed the room in collaboration with Anthropologie Home, where she purchased the mirror, lucite console and wallpaper as starting points, and layered in vintage and modern pieces, personal artwork and her signature eclectic flair.
