I’m a sucker for a great door. Add a gorgeous stoop, some ivy, old world appeal and a knockout knocker and I’m SOLD!

Wandering around Boston for the past few weeks… I’ve come across some amazing buildings with some stand out doors and stoops. Man it makes me want to live here! LA has it’s own unique architecture that I also adore… but I don’t believe you can beat the charm of these old New England brownstones and town homes… especially in the Fall!

Killer ivy… killer everything.

This lucky duck has the luxury of a two stoop entryway… so they gated off one side with some iron and planted greenery… SWOON.

Stone AND carved  wood… oh HEYYYY!

Gorgeous planters and those black double doors… might be my fave.

This stoop is not as grand, but it’s doubly as sweet with the window box and bicycle.

This old guy is a little too dark and moody for me… but I can appreciate the details…

The doorway inside a door… Not even inside yet and already Ms. Fancy pants!

Like something from a novel…

Produce break! Sorry… had to post this pic from a grocer’s on Charles Street… it’s just too pretty too ignore!

The iron railing on the second floor window is just fab…

Did I mention I love knockers?

The prettiest little corner… Beacon Hill
