So before leaving Boston, it was a MAJOR goal of mine to drive north and hit up a REAL New England pumpkin patch. I will always have a soft spot for the celeb-filled tradition that is Mr. Bones in LA, but being on the East Coast called for some real East Coast Fall Flavor… and we absolutely loved it!!!

Hay rides, pony rides, apple-picking, cider doughnut eating, dancing and  leaf-gazing ensued…

Thank you Applecrest Farms for the loveliest of days!

Open all year… but Fall has to be the prettiest…

I mean!

Gourds and pumpkins and squash… oh my!

… and these funny fellows.

Face painting fun…

A hayride with storybook characters = MAGIC.

Oh Hayyyyy…

Hayrides call for a blue gingham shirt and a great hat!

Creepy or cool Little Red Riding Hood grandma… I’m not sure…

Dorothy and the scarecrow in the corn fields… definitely cool!

Uh Oh…

Copious amounts of these were consumed.

My little pumpkin…

… and a slice of Americana.

Bye Bye New Hampshire!
